- Return and Exchange Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items received after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including final sale items, personalized items, gift cards, and underwear for hygiene reasons.
- Initiating a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process:
a. Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return or exchange request.
b. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
c. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags.
d. Clearly mark the package with the RMA number provided.
e. Ship the package to the designated return address provided by our customer service team.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item is defective.
- Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original method of payment.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your return, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Additional shipping charges may apply.
